Terms of Service

By accessing or using CCed (Cognitive Coverage) at cced.io, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to individuals and organizations alike. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

CCed provides AI-powered code auditing, decision maps, trust inventory, comprehension gap analysis, and related tools for understanding AI-written codebases. The platform offers two modes: Developer Mode for technical users and Founder Mode for non-technical stakeholders.

CCed's technology is patent pending (USPTO Application No. 64099114).

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use CCed. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

Notify us immediately at legal@cced.io if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

CCed offers the following subscription tiers:

• Free — 5 audits per month
• Pro — $19/month or $180/year
• Team — $79/month or $756/year

Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before renewal.

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

You agree not to:

• Upload or submit malware, exploits, or harmful code
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract CCed's source code or models
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to CCed
• Submit unlawful, infringing, or unauthorized content
• Use CCed in violation of any applicable law or regulation

You represent that you have the legal right to submit any code you provide for auditing.

Vishnova Labs LLC owns all rights in the CCed platform, including its software, design, branding, and patent-pending technology.

You retain ownership of code you submit. You grant Vishnova Labs LLC a limited, transient license to process your code solely for the purpose of delivering audit results. Submitted source code is never stored — it is processed in memory and discarded after the audit completes.

Our collection and use of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. Source code submitted for auditing is never persisted. Audit results are stored in your account for your reference.

CCed is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. AI audit results are informational and are not a substitute for qualified developer review, security assessment, or legal advice. We do not warrant that audit results will be error-free or complete.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vishnova Labs LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of CCed.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or your use of CCed is limited to the fees you paid to Vishnova Labs LLC in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vishnova Labs LLC, its officers, members, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of CCed, your submitted content, or your violation of these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Gregg County, Texas, and waive any objection to venue in those courts.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice. Continued use of CCed after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

You may cancel your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend your access with 30 days' notice, or immediately for violations of these terms or acceptable use policies.

Sections 7 (Intellectual Property), 9 (Disclaimer of Warranties), 10 (Limitation of Liability), 11 (Indemnification), and 12 (Governing Law) survive termination.
